Tiffani-Amber Thiessen rose to fan-magazine fame for her portrayal of Kelly Kapowski on the teen-soap Saved by the Bell(1989). Two years before she landed the job she won Miss Junior America, after a childhood of competing in several pageants. Born to Frank, a park designer, and to Robyn, a homemaker, on January 24, 1974.
