Tammin Pamela Sursok was born August 19, 1983 in Johannesburg, South Africa. Was involved with the Sydney Youth Musical theatre, where she studied dancing, singing and acting.

Pursued migrated as a child from South Africa. Her mother, Julie Sursok, won a Springbok award for Best New Female Vocalist prior to the family leaving for Australia. As she was also a classically trained pianist and guitarist, Pursued grew up in a musical household.

She also danced since the age of six and was involved in the Sydney Youth Musical Theatre where she pursued her interests in acting, music and dance. Pursued attended the Trinity Speech and Drama College in England finishing with a High Distinction.

She commenced her role as Dani Sutherland in 2000 winning a Logie Award for Best New Female Talent in 2001. For her service to acting she was later also awarded the Australian Centenary Medal by the Government of Australia. While working on Home and Away , Sursok was also writing songs and practising guitar. She left Home and Away in 2004 to pursue a musical career. 

Since early 2004, she has been recording material in Los Angeles, London and Stockholm with leading producers such as Steve Robson (Natasha Bedingfield Natalie Imbruglia), the Location Crew (Dido Christina Aguileraand Soulpower (Christina Milian Brandy). "Pointless Relationship " was produced by A-Side Productions, who have also worked with Britney Spearsand Ashlee Simpson. Sursok's debut album is set for release in early 2005. Pointless Relationship reached number 5 in the ARIA charts at its peak and stayed in the ARIA Top 40 for 15 weeks. Pointless Relationship is certified Platinum (Australia).

Tammin's second single lifted from the album is "Whatever Will Be ", released in Australia on March 27th 2005, it debuted at number 13 in the Australian ARIA charts. On its first week of release on Australian radio, Whatever Will Be was the number 1 most added. Whatever Will Be was written and produced by The Location Crew.

Tammin's debut album, also called "Whatever Will Be " will be released on May 22nd 2005 in Australia.

Tammin will be in a film called "Aquamarine " to be released late 2005/early 2006 (Australia), which stars JoJo, Sara Paxton and Emma Roberts Aquamarine is the story of two best friends who find a brokenhearted mermaid in the swimming pool of a deserted beach club. Directed by Elizabeth Allen and produced by Susan Cartsonis and Steven McGlothen.
