Stevie Brock Biography

Having starting singing at just two-years-old and having written his first song (“Little Ways”), at eight, it's no surprise that Stevie Brock went on to become a pop star.

Stevie – who was born and raised outside Dayton, Ohio – was snapped up by Johnny Wright, the manager of superstar acts like Britney Spears *NSYNC, and the Backstreet Boys and signed to his record label Wright International Records and Entertainment (WIRE) in 2002.

He then started working on his self-titled debut album with pop producer Gary Carolla (who is responsible for hits by *NSYNC, Aaron Carterand Triple Image), which was released the following year and launched the hit singles "If U Be My Baby" and "All 4 Love", a remake of Color Me Badd's 1991 hit . Another stand out song is "If You Be My Baby”, one of Stevie's own favorites (“It has an awesome beat”). Stevie says the album's sound is similar to that of *NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys

These rhymes would pop into my head and I’d write them down in my journal,” says Stevie of song writing, which is a massive part of his life. “Then after a while, music beats would form in my head and they would match up with the lyrics to the songs, and that’s how I would put my songs together.”

Stevie has also featured on fellow WIRE signing Triple Image’s album “Celebrate”, crooning on part of the song “Boy Next Door.” He also made an appearance in the girl band's debut music video.

In 2004, the blond star, who cites Justin Timberlake as his inspiration, toured all around the country including with Backstreet Boy Nick's little brother Aaron Carteron “Aaron's Jukebox World Tour", but was forced to pull out after he broke his arm

As well as his chart music, Stevie has also been involved in a number of other recording projects mostly for Disney. They include: “Radio Disney Jams, Volume 6", "Disney Mania 2", and the soundtrack to the animated movie “Mickey, Donald and Goofy: The Three musketeers”. Because of this, Stevie can frequently be heard on Radio Disney.

He's also done voice over work, including a not-very-glamorous commercial for a flea product in 2004.

Stevie's teen-hearthrob looks have made him in demand with magazines like "Popstar!", "Teen People", and "Tiger Beat".

In his spare time, Stevie likes to play video games and sports with his friends – especially football and basketball. He recently started weightlifting to get into shape to play for his high school football team.

With the buzz surrounding Stevie steadily growing, it shouldn't be long before he makes the transition from teen singer to adult superstar.
