NLT (Not Like Them) is an American Pop boy group from Texas and Los Angeles. On March 13, 2007, they released their debut single called "That Girl" produced by the Underdogs. The music video featured Ashley Benson, with a small appearance by Adam G. Sevani, and Melissa Reyes, the second runner up of Pussycat DollsPresent: The Search For the Next Doll. Their hit single She Said, I Said was produced by Timbalandand released on August 21, 2007. The video for She Said, I Said featured Janel Parrish from the movie Bratz. On December 18, 2007, they released a pop-influenced cover of the classic tune, Silent Night. Since then they have self-proclaimed it to be dubbed "Crank That Silent Night", referring to the popular hit "Crank That Soulja Boy." The original release date for their debut album, Not Like Them was February 12, 2008; however it has since been pushed back due to majority of the tracks being leaked and is now tentatively set for release around Christmas. Their new single, entitled "Karma", was released as a digital download on iTunes on April 15, 2008. The song was produced by One Republicfront-man, Ryan Tedder, and co-written by Evan "Kidd" Bogart and Marques Houston "Karma" video debuted on May 7, 2008 on AOL videos.

In April 2007 NLT opened for The Pussycat Dolls They have recently completed a 16 date tour, entitled Bandemonium along with fellow boy-bands Menudo, V Factory and Mark and James.

NLT has made appearances in Bratz (movie) and Jon M. Chu (the director of Step Up 2 The Streets), and Adam G. Sevani's 2nd ACDC video on YouTube.

Kevin Michael McHale (born 1988) is a native of Plano, Texas. Kevin has appeared in 3 episodes of Zoey 101 as Dooley. He appeared in a small role as a delivery boy in The Office and in the 2007 holiday Febreeze commercials. Kevin is set to have a role in True Blood which will air on September 2008.

Justin Joseph "JJ" Thorne (born 1989) is a native of Inwood NY. JJ appeared in several instructional hip hop dance videos as well as Dr. Dolittle 3, which was directed by his father Riche Thorne. He had a speaking part on Will & Grace and also appeared in an episode of That's So Raven.

V Sevani (born September 1, 1988) is a native of Los Angeles, California. V can be seen in Fergie's "Fergalicious" music video and also on an episode of Just Jordan. He is the brother of Adam G. Sevani of Step Up 2.

Travis Michael Garland (born 1989) is one of the lead singers and the youngest member of the band. He was born in Lubbock, Texas. Travis has also recorded a number of solo tracks.
