The Ugly Truth is a romantic comedy starring Gerard Butler and Katherine Heigl. A romantically challenged morning show producer (Heigl) is reluctantly embroiled in a series of outrageous tests by her male chauvinist correspondent (Butler) to prove his theories on relationships and allow her to find love. His clever ploys, however, lead to the totally unexpected result?she finds love at the same time that he falls in love with her.
