Ray Winkler is a meek, addle-brained ex-convict who decides to rob a bank to support the spending habits of his ex-stripper, New Jersey wife, Frenchy. To do so, Ray and his inept accomplices, Denny, Benny and Tommy, rent a vacant store next to a bank and set up a false storefront with the hopes of tunneling from the basement into the bank.
