Run the Wild Fields
A poignant story about the hardships those left on the homefront during WWII, RUN THE WILD FIELDS is the touching story of woman who is trying to come to grips with the fact that her husband may never come home. Joanne Whalley stars as Ruby, who, along with her daughter Pug, has been waiting for her husband Frank to come home. Missing in action for some time, Ruby is unsure whether or not to carry on as if he were still alive. When a mysterious and handsome drifter named Tom (Flanery) shows up on Ruby's farm looking for work, she hires him knowing that their relationship could go beyond the merely professional.
