Dave Purcell is ready to call it quits. On his marriage and on his restaurant "The Auk". The restaurant, which like the ill-fated bird for which it was named, has definitely seen better days. Everything changes when Dave's neighbor Phonse proposes a mad and ingenious scheme to save the restaurant. They'll report a sighting of an extremely rare (believed extinct) duck.
