Maid in Manhattan is a 2002 romantic comedy film, directed by Wayne Wang. Marisa Ventura (Jennifer Lopez) is a struggling single mother trying to get by with her young son (Tyler Posey) by working as a maid for a hotel. One day, hotel guest and senatorial candidate Christopher Marshall (Ralph Fiennes) meets Marisa and mistakes her for a wealthy socialite. After an evening together, the two fall in love.
