Dylan Ramsey, a chicken-chested geek who is part owner of an L.A. eatery, has devised a master plan to win the heart of his beautiful next-door neighbor and dream girl, Lila. His act involves the kidnapping of her beloved dog so that he may emerge as her hero when he is the one that finally finds it.
