The Scotland yard summons an expert in the field of vampire research to to help them crack a recent case of vampirism. The researcher, Van Helsing discovers that the perpetuator is none other than Count Dracula who has been doing his dirty work dig used as a property developer. Dracula's plan is to infect the world with a deadly virus.
