Agent Charlie (Amber Smith) is on the trail of a dangerous serial killer whose main focus is on beautiful young women. With his ability to kill and disappear in a flash, the merciless murderer has been able to avoid getting caught by every other detective on his case. Charlie, however, has other plans. She summons the help of the best sex therapist around in order to gain sight into the killer's psyche. Soon after, Charlie realizes that she could be in more danger than previously perceived.
