A tough L.A. cop (Brad Davis, MIDNIGHT EXPRESS) discovers that his father has been brutally murdered and he is determined to get the killer--know as Iceman (Jonathan Banks)--and his sadistic sidekick (Adam Ant). Iceman blames the cop for the tragedy that left him with a mechanical voice-box which leads them on the chilling path of mutual destruction. This 1987 thriller also stars a pre-BASIC INSTINCT Sharon Stone in a supporting femme-fatale role.
