Angel Eyes is a 2001 drama/romance film, directed by Luis Mandoki. Sharon Pogue, a policewoman in Los Angeles' high-crime district, struggles with both the pressures of the job and the pains of an abusive childhood. Her life is saved by Catch, a man who lost his wife and child in a car accident. Neither can go forward with a romance that's clearly starting to bloom until they resolve painful issues from their tragic pasts.
