Lauren 'Lo' Bosworth, often referred to simply as "Lo", is an American television personality best known for her appearances on MTV reality series Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County for Season 1, and on the subsequent spin-off show, The Hills, which follows her best friend and housemate Lauren Conrad's personal and professional life as she pursues a career in the fashion industry.

She was born Lauren Ogilvie Bosworth in Laguna Beach, California to Richard and Ellen Bosworth (née Ogilvie) and has an older sister, Erin (b. 1983) and a younger brother, Christian (b. 1990). Bosworth was raised in the Three Arch Bay section of Laguna Beach. She is a graduate of UCLA.

Lo Bosworth takes a front seat in season 5 with story lines around her new job and her love life.

She is a spokesperson for the Canadian oral contraceptive Yaz.
