Lauren London was born in Los Angeles, California. She contributed vocals on Pharrell's album, In My Mind. She has appeared in numerous Pharrell music videos, such as "That Girl," "Drop It Like It's Hot" and "Frontin'." London was also in T.I.'s music video "What You Know," which was inspired by the movie ATL. She was in Common's music video for "Drivin' Me Wild" as a Hollywood gold digger that gets played by her boyfriend, who is married and has children.

Lauren has appeared in films, such as Next Day Air, This Christmas and ATL. She has been featured in several magazines, including a cover story in King (June 2006), Vibe, Sister to Sister and Hip Hop Weekly. In the March 2008 issue for Vibe, she was "The Black Dorothy" from the The Wizard of Oz.

London is a spokes model, along with Cassie for Sean John for women. She was the host for BET's Rip The Runway with Nelly in 2008.
