Kam Heskin is an American actress best known for her role as the second Caitlin Richards Deschanel on NBC's soap opera Sunset Beach during 1998-1999. Heskin was born in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She studied at Concordia College in Minnesota, graduating with a degree in Communications and Political Science.
