Before entering the So You Think You Can Dance 2 competition, she was getting dance training in her home state of Tennessee. Erin Ellis is a 19 year old jazz and lyrical specialist. She is currently residing in Nashville, Tennessee . She attends Middle Tennessee State University and is an incoming sophomore. Aside from this, she is a dance teacher at DC Dance Factory and has been working there for 2 years. Erin became a top 20 finalist on Season 2 of So You Think You Can Dance. She claims that among all her dance experiences, this is the most memorable of them all. Unfortunately, she was the first female contestant who got eliminated. She was eliminated with partner Stanislav Savich
