Debby Ryan is an American teen actress best known for her role as Bailey Pickett on the Disney Channel sitcom The Suite Life on Deck.

From a young age, she was involved in basic theater productions and shows in a public school in North Texas. She moved to Germany when she was 7 years old and got involved in professional theater production. It was after she moved back to the United States at the age of ten that she realized that she wanted to act full-time.

Ryan can speak German along with English, her primary language, and she can perform modern, hip hop and military dances. She debuted in 2007 as a guest character in Barney: Let's Go to the Firehouse. She was in the Ice Cube movie The Longshots, with Keke Palmer She is playing one of the main characters, Bailey Pickett in The Suite Life on Deck.
