Anita Briem is an Icelandic actress best known for portraying Jane Seymour – the third wife of Henry VIII, in the second season of the popular Showtime historical drama The Tudors. Born and raised in Iceland, Anita Briem is the daughter of two musicians, the drummer Gunnlaugur Briem of Mezzoforte and back-up vocalist Erna Þórarinsdóttir.
