Amy Sloan is a Canadian actress. She was born in Gladstone, Manitoba and raised in Whitehorse, Yukon. The daughter of actress Mary Sloan and former government minister Dave Sloan, she graduated from the National Theatre School of Canada in Montreal, Quebec in 1999. After stints on stage, she made her screen debut in 2000, playing a bit role in Canadian sci-fi thriller Xchange.
