Once you meet this young man, you will not forget him. He is billed as VA, DC, and MD’s #1 Teen Hip Hop Sensation and he lives up to the hype. His name is ALASHUS aka “The Chosen One”. He is a 14 year old 9th grader originally from Jacksonville, Florida. ALASHUS moved to Virginia approximately 10 years ago and currently resides in Northern Virginia.

ALASHUS is a marketing dream machine. He has the high profile looks of a young model, a charming personality, and undeniable charisma, which has an immediate impact on all the he encounters.  Although a ladies man, ALASHUS is very humble and does not get caught up in all the hype or fanfare. An excellent student who genuinely likes school. His entertainment talents are truly special. This young man has a fearless competitive attitude when it comes to performing his craft. ALASHUS has created quite a fan following.

He has performed at several high profile venues over the last year, working towards his dream of a lucrative recording contract. His performance credits includes wins and special guest performances at some of the DC, MD, and VA high profile talent shows, which include: The Teens Count Talent Showcase, The Cultural Communications Teen Talent Challenge, and most recently The Cha-Why? Entertainment Talent Showcase. Most recently he opened for the platinum female trio R&B group 3LW at the Martin Luther King Day Festival and Showcase in Washington, DC. He also recently performed at a high profile concert event at Six Flags Boston for Radio Disney.
  
ALASHUS creates his own stage shows, which include rapping, and dancing. ALASHUS also writes his own lyrics, and has co-produced several tracks. He is a definite showman that enjoys pleasing and captivating his respective audience young and old. His performances have received great reviews by DC, MD, and VA entertainment industry representatives including radio personalities Rane WPGC 95.5, Michel Wright WPGC 95.5, and Stormy HOT 102.1. ALASHUS was recently confirmed to perform at UNIFEST 2003 (on the BET/WPGC 95.5 Sound Stage) in Washington, DC. He is scheduled to appear in the upcoming Dru Hill Video. ALASHUS is currently in the studio with producer TEXX (All Hizz Productions). TEXX is a member of the Dreamworks Records R&B Singing Group MOWETT. MOWETT is currently featured on the BIKER BOYZ Soundtrack.
