Turner is best known for his Daytime Emmy nominated role of Aidan Devane on All My Children, a role he originated in 2002.

After a few months on the show, Turner was nominated in 2003 for "Outstanding Younger Actor in a Daytime Drama Series" at the 30th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards. Aiden initially auditioned for a different character role, and although the AMC producers did not select him for that part, they were so impressed that they created his character "Aida" especially for him.

Aside from All My Children, Turner has a number of television credits to his name including Crossrods, The Bill, Eastenders and Heartbreak High, to mention a few.

Turner also models on the side, he has appeared in ad campaigns for Coca Cola Light (Europe), Pepsi Light (Australia), Head & Shoulders (Europe) and many more.

His hobbies are cooking, listening to music and traveling. Turner entered culinary school to pursue his love of cooking. While working as a chef for 2 years in Hertford, he taught himself to mix music and also began working at night as a DJ.

During this time, he followed his dreams and booked a trip around the world, visiting and staying in such exotic locales as Thailand, Malaysia, Bali, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and North America.
