Born and raised in London, England, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje began his career as a model in Milan before moving to Los Angeles to make the transition to acting. A tall, well-built and striking performer of African descent, London-born, Nigerian-raised Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje was a physically imposing presence with a booming voice, cool exterior and impossible-to-ignore onscreen charisma.
